Domestic: $9 flat rate shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped USPS same or next business day.

International: $20 flat rate shipping to Mexico and Canada. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes which may be incurred. If you have questions about what these may be, please contact your local customs agents. Please check back for shipping availability to other countries.

RETURNS:

We do not offer returns or exchanges on the sale of items. While we take the utmost care in packing your items, if your item was received damaged, we will replace any items within 14 days (two weeks) of notice after receipt of damaged goods. Please send notice to info@phoenixgame.com including order number and a photo of damages.
